Testing Implementation Strategies to Scale Up a Multicomponent Continuum of Service Intervention for Families Involved in Systems with Parental Opioid and Methamphetamine Use
Study Information
Just Care for Families (JCFF) is an emerging practice for parents and their children, developed to address their interrelated substance use, mental health, relational, community-building, systems-navigating, and basic-treatment needs. This study examines clinical outcomes at interception points between the JCFF and child welfare (CW) systems and implementation outcomes when JCFF is delivered with the addition of a mobile application that accepts provider feedback about parent app usage. Nine rural Oregon counties are testing the (Aim 1) clinical effectiveness of JCFF when delivered with and without the App.. The second aim is to test the effectiveness of the existing JCFF implementation roadmap for new counties. The study’s third aim is to examine the impact of the introduction of the mobile application on program operations sustainment.
