Development and Implementation of Reliable and Adaptive Fidelity Measures for Programs Offered to Justice-Involved Individuals

The objectives of this course are to develop in-depth knowledge of example fidelity monitoring tools; to achieve proficient skills in fidelity assessment using state of the art tools; and to successfully conduct fidelity assessment in simulated scenarios through our three skill-building activities.

In our first lesson, we'll discuss several fidelity monitoring tools in depth. Lesson 2 will discuss the development of fidelity monitoring tools and Lesson 3 will begin to address how to use results obtained using fidelity monitoring tools. Each lesson in Course 2 is followed by a skill-building activity. You will take a posttest before previewing Course 4. Finally, we will wrap up this course by providing relevant resources and a bibliography.

This course is designed to benefit researchers who are interested in conducting experimental and clinical trials of interventions and criminal justice professionals and healthcare professionals who are interested in implementing evidence driven interventions in criminal justice and correctional settings. This series can also benefit healthcare professionals and para-professionals who work with people that have histories of criminal justice system involvement.
