Welcome to Working in a Multidisciplinary Team, Course 2 in Utilizing Professional Peers in Drug Treatment Courts, a course series for system actors working within drug treatment courts who are currently integrating, or hope to integrate, Professional Peers into their settings.

In this course, system actors will learn how to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. This course entails three objectives:

  • Objective 1 is to understand the differing roles of individuals in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Objective 2 is that participants understand best practices when working on these multidisciplinary teams and,
  • Objective 3 means that participants can brainstorm solutions to challenges that may arise when working in multidisciplinary teams.
