JCOIN Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Speaker Series Presents: Engaging Community Partners to Implement a Social Network Study Successfully
This presentation will highlight how community partnerships can foster strong substance use research outcomes. Dr. Ivanich will highlight the role of community partnerships in shaping research questions and approaches. Examples will be provided related to the Tribal Reservation Adolescent Connections Study (TRACS), and preliminary results will be shared. Implications for this work will be discussed, as well as next steps in retaining relationships in community focused research.
